Kleinfeldt Consultants Limited has been providing professional consulting engineering services throughout Ontario for over 40 years. During this period we have been committed to the continuous development of tools and services for Property Managers and Building Owners. We are dedicated to working together with each of our clients to provide intuitive and cost-effective solutions for their specific needs and financial situation.

Over the last 20 years our staff have prepared over 400 Reserve Fund Studies. Kleinfeldt's current report methodology meets and exceeds the stringent requirements of the 1998 Condominium Act. Each study consists of a detailed, site-specific report that is accompanied by a Reserve Component Summary Table, Projected Annual Expenditure Table and Cash-Flow Tables. Our unique, internally developed software program is formatted to be concise and adaptable, allowing for simplified annual updates and reviews.

Kleinfeldt also provides professional services in the preparation of Performance Audits, Condition Assessments, Design Specifications, Tendering and Project Management for all building and site related components. We also provide Expert Witness reporting for a wide variety of claims.

Our expert staff consists of Professional Engineers, Engineering Technologists and Building Scientists. We are members of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI), Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO), Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) and the Ontario Association of Building Officials (OABO).
