Kleinfeldt Consultants Limited was contracted to provide engineering services for the restoration work being done at a 144 unit, 7 storey residential condominium building in the spring of 2003. The restoration work was to include the exterior masonry brick walls and balcony dividers, concrete balconies, guard rails, construction of a new garbage enclosure and alterations to the existing garbage room.
Kleinfeldt Consultants' expert engineering team conducted a professional assessment of the elements and provided design solutions for the restoration of the balconies and replacement of the guard rails. The technical team provided details and specifications for all of the work being performed, and administered the contract until the project was complete.
