Toronto Hydro Electric System has launched an Energy Audit Grant Program that will pay up to $35,000 for energy audits. (The owner must contribute 50%.) The energy audits must be completed by third-party professional engineer or certified engineering technologist.
The grants are based on square footage and information regarding detailed analysis of capital-intensive modifications for larger buildings greater than 50,000 ft. is available on their website.
