At Kleinfeldt, whether you are building a new project, or restoring an existing structure, we manage all aspects of the construction process. We develop the site, undertake planning and zoning and approvals acquisition, design the interior finish-out and/or the exterior shell, and we also staff experts in post-occupancy servicing.
Prior to detailed design and development, we first ensure all assumptions are justified and that owners and/or building managers are comfortable with the proposed operational plan. Once preliminary plans are approved, Kleinfeldt provides detailed systems design engineering drawings and bid documents. All efforts to achieve our mantra 'to provide top-quality building designs at reasonable cost' are made by limiting operating and capital costs through design. Estimated projects are consistently re-evaluated to ensure budget conformance. Kleinfeldt also helps to contain escalating construction costs by compressing design timelines. Our wealth of previous experience enables us to do so without in any way compromising the quality of our designs.
