During this time our engineers have helped numerous condominium boards establish reasonable reserve fund plans and deal with Tarion and the builder/ developer after the first performance audit. Our structural and mechanical engineers have provided engineering reports and project management for owners restoring their buildings as a result of a fire loss, collapse, obsolescence or normal deterioration. Our structural and building science engineers have experience in the survey and design of repairs to parking structures, balcony structures, windows, wall and waterproofing and roofing systems.
