The purpose of a Phase III Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is to design and implement a remediation plan in order to clean up the area(s) of impact.

Based on the results of the contaminant characterization from the Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), a Phase III ESA can be conducted in order to further characterize and remediate the area(s) of impact.

In the event of a Phase III ESA, Kleinfeldt will design and implement the remediation plan, which involves the following:
Developing a Scope of Work for Remediation Preparing Tender Documents and Obtaining Contractor Pricing Additional Soil and Groundwater Sampling and Analysis	Interpretation and Evaluation of Data Gathered, Including Laboratory Results Coordinating and Overseeing Site Remediation Report Production
