- Environmental Services. This presentation discusses Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), site remediation, underground oil storage tank removal, mould & asbestos surveys, and mould & asbestos remediation. We also present a number of case studies that summarize projects that we have completed in the past. Since Phase I (and sometimes Phase II) ESAs are often required as part of a real estate transaction, mortgage renewal, or refinancing, this presentation is recommended for real estate professionals and property owners that may encounter environmental issues in their transactions.
